Red Nose Day 2009
Today (13th) is Red Nose Day, part of Comic Relief 2009. Meridian Radio has been joining in the fun. As well as a comedy special at 5pm, our presenters were suitably kitted out. Click here to see photographs.

Berry's Broadcast Marathon
Dave Berry, our Saturday Morning Breakfast Request Show presenter raised much needed funds for a new software program for our Computer over the May Day Weekend. Starting at 9PM on Friday 3 May, Dave broadcast continually until 6PM on Saturday, a total of 21 hours. When the final reckoning is in we expect that Dave’s marathon will have raised about £350.
